My experience with BIG BEAR ROOFING  was excellent. From beginning to end everyone was professional and went above and beyond providing great customer service. The job was completed quickly without any problems and the cleanup was done leaving no signs that a new roof had even been replaced. Big Bear Roofing's customer service is outstanding.  Tom came out to inspect my roof because I had a leak.  He pointed out some damaged shingles and told me where he believed the roof leak was coming from. We chose Big Bear for a large home improvement project as well as roof replacement. We worked with Conor Leach all the way from inspection to planning and design, then oversight of all phases of our project. We trusted Conor and Big Bear for a metal roof design, full home siding and gable vent replacement, as well as gutter and downspout replacement, and we do not regret our decision.
